Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Search Visibility Metrics (the "Service"), a web application operated by Authority LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Service connects to your Google Search Console account with your permission, reads its performance data, and presents analytics, ranked opportunities, and AI-generated visibility checks.
Features include an organic performance dashboard, an opportunity engine, impact tracking, and optional paid "Boosts" that check how AI search engines mention your brand.

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We request the read-only Search Console scope (webmasters.readonly) solely to display your own site performance data to you. We do not sell, transfer, or use this data for advertising, AI model training, or any purpose unrelated to the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may revoke Google access at any time from the Settings page or via your Google Account security settings.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the Google properties you connect.
You must have the legal right to access the Google Search Console properties you connect to the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe, scan, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Do not use the Service to store or process content that infringes the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Paid "Boost" packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Polar). We do not see or store your payment card details.
A Boost grants a fixed set of AI engine checks, consumed by running those checks. Boosts are non-transferable between accounts.
Prices are shown in USD and may change; changes never affect already-purchased Boosts.

Refunds are available on request within 14 days of purchase if the Service did not deliver what was promised. Contact us at the email below with your purchase details.
Boosts whose AI checks have already run in full are generally not refundable, except where required by law.

Recommendations, fix plans, and visibility results produced by the Service are AI-assisted estimates based on your Search Console data and public AI responses.
They may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for any changes you make to your websites and for business decisions based on the Service's output.
We do not guarantee that AI search engines will display, cite, or rank your content in any particular way.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Third-party dependencies (Google APIs, AI model providers, payment processors) may affect availability; outages or changes on their side are outside our control.
We may modify or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, paid but unconsumed Boosts will be refunded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost traffic or revenue resulting from use of the Service or decisions made based on its recommendations.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
Upon termination, we delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Serbia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
